What we sell, what it costs, what we promise, and what we do not.

Last updated 13 September 2026.

Who you are dealing with

Preselly is a brand of Rijksen Assets. That is a Delaware company in the United States. You can reach us at bas@preselly.com. An invoice from us reads Preselly. A card statement reads PRESELLY. When this page says we, it means Rijksen Assets. There is one person doing the work and his name is Bas Rijksen.

Using this site means you agree to this page

Using this site, joining the waitlist or buying anything from us means you accept what is written here. If anything on this page does not match what we told you in an email, tell us. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Reading this site does not commit you to buying anything. It does not commit us to building anything. Once you take a free page or start paying us, what this page says about that work binds both of us.

This is for businesses

This is a service sold to businesses, not to consumers. By joining the waitlist or by buying, you confirm you are doing it for a business. You also confirm you are old enough to sign for it. Consumer rules, including cooling off periods, are written for people buying for themselves. They do not apply here.

The waitlist buys nothing

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. We email you and ask for your product page. Reply, and your place is held. We build the pages by hand, a few at a time, in the order the replies come in, and you hear from us when your turn comes up. A place in the queue is not an offer, a quote or a contract. It holds neither of us to anything, and either of us can let it go at any time.

The example brands on this site are invented

Every brand we show as an example on this site is invented, and so is everything printed on it. The products, the prices, the people, the reviews, the review counts, the sources and the claims were all written by us to show how a page is built. None of it describes a real company or a real product, and any resemblance to one is accidental.

The example pages themselves were built by us to show the work. No client paid for one, and none of them has run on a real brand’s traffic.

What we sell

We write and build pre-sell pages. Your first page is free. After that it is $997 a month for one product. Every month we build a new page for that product and it goes up against the page that is winning. The page that sells more stays up.

$997 a month is the whole price. It does not go up with what you spend on ads, and there are no tiers.

$997 a month is for one page. Want two or more pages running at once? $997 each.

Each page you pay for gets one new page a month, and $997 a month is per page you pay for. It never means two new pages for the same page in the same month.

There is no minimum ad spend. We do not refuse a brand for being small.

Meta and TikTok are the usual channels. Google and any other paid click that lands on a page count too.

Every winning page stays live for as long as you are with us. When it starts to fade, the next page replaces it.

Every page we build after the free one comes with five ads written for it. That is the whole price list. There is nothing else to buy and every number we charge is on this page.

Your ad money is yours. You pay Meta, TikTok or whoever runs your ads, and you pay them directly. That money never runs through us. We never hold it and we never invoice it. Our fee is only the $997 a month.

The free first page

If we build a free page for you, two things have to be true. You are buying paid traffic now, and you can name the page those clicks land on now.

One free page per brand, ever. If your brand has already had a free page from us, the next one is a paid one.

The free page is the complete page, built on your own domain, and it is yours to keep. We host it and look after its security certificate the same way we do for a paid page. The five ads are not part of it. Those come with the pages we build after it.

The free page is one page, and it is yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards. What it does not include is the new page we build every month. That is what the $997 a month buys.

When you have read your page and told us it is right, you add a card and we put the page live on your own domain. Nothing is charged until your card has been on file for fourteen days. Stop before then and you are never charged, and the page is still yours.

We open the free pages a few at a time, because every one is written and built by hand. A place on the list is not a promise that we can take your brand. If we agree anything beyond what is on this page, both of us put it in writing before work starts.

How the work runs

Each page is built inside three working days. Those three days start when your turn comes, not when you first ask. Working days means Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not working days. If one falls inside your three days, we tell you which day it is in the same message that starts the clock.

What arrives is not a document. It is the real page, built and working, on a private link only you have. Open it on your phone or your computer and look at the actual page. It goes live on your own domain when you say yes, and until you say yes we keep changing it. You are the one who decides it is right, not us, and you do not have to justify the point.

How you hold the two pages against each other

You put our page against the page you run now, inside your own account. Nothing you already run gets touched. In Ads Manager you copy one ad set and change only the link on the copy, so it sends people to our page. That copy gets its own budget, which you set, and it is new money on top of what you spend now.

Run it for as long as you like. You decide when you have seen enough, and you decide which page you keep pointing your ads at.

You can stop the ad any day. Turn it off in Ads Manager and it’s over. The ads you were already running never stopped. Turning that ad off does not stop your $997 a month. You stop that separately, after any month, as set out below.

Nothing of ours goes in your store. Your own tracking goes on the page we build, your ad pixels and your analytics id, so your own tools count that page the way they count every other one of yours. Our page also carries one small counter of ours. It counts arrivals on that page and clicks from it to your store, and nothing else. We never ask for a login to your store, your domain or your ad account, and we can never spend a dollar, run an ad or move a budget.

What happens when a page does not win

We do not promise that a page we build will beat the page you run now. Nobody can promise that, and we are not going to pretend we can.

What we do instead is build you a new page every month, built on what the last one taught us, or on fresh research when there is no result yet, and put it up against the one that is winning. The page that sells more stays up. That is the whole of what $997 a month buys, and it is what you are paying for whether a given month’s page wins or loses.

Your own store is what decides. It shows which page the orders came from. Divide the money each page made by the clicks it got, and the bigger number wins. We never get to call it.

There is no money back at any point. We would rather say so here than let you find it later.

Paying, and stopping

We do not ask for a card when you sign up, and not when you answer our questions. When you have read your page and told us it is right, you add a card and the page goes live on your own domain. Nothing is charged until your card has been on file for fourteen days. After that it is $997 a month.

Payment runs on a card, through a payment processor. We never see or store your card number. It renews every month until you stop it. Prices are in US dollars. Prices are before any tax, and where a tax applies it is added on the invoice.

Every charge gets an invoice, and every invoice is on your billing page, any time. Your card statement reads PRESELLY. Your invoice reads Preselly. The company behind Preselly is Rijksen Assets. Both are us.

Add a product or drop one whenever you like. The change starts the next month. A page already being built always gets finished.

Stop after any month, and every page we have built you stays yours. Stop inside those fourteen days and you are never charged at all. If you stop and come back later, you come back at the price of that day. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no permission to ask for. If you tell us to stop it, we stop it the same day we read it.

If you dispute a charge with your card company for work we have delivered, the subscription ends that day. The fourteen days of hosting below end with it. The invoice and the page we built are the record either side points at.

We can say no to a brand, and we can end a subscription. If we do, we finish the month you paid for, we send you everything, and we charge nothing further. We tell you why.

What you own when you stop

Every page we build you stays yours, the free page included. So do the five ads that come with a paid page. They are yours outright, the same as the page. We send you the copy and the files.

The files are the page itself, as plain HTML with its images. You can put it on any hosting. You also get the copy as a document you can open and edit. And for a paid page you get the five ads as finished files. After you stop, your pages stay up on your own domain for fourteen more days. If you have paid for a month, those fourteen days start when your last paid month ends. If you stop before your first charge, they start the day you stop. After those fourteen days we take them off our hosting, and the files above are how you put them back up anywhere you like. Owning the page and us hosting it are two different things, and only the hosting has a date on it.

If it is your page and you want it down, email us and it comes down.

You own it from the moment we hand it to you. That ownership does not run out. It survives you stopping. It survives us stopping. It does not depend on you still paying us.

If we ever stop doing this, here is what happens. Your page is a plain file on your own domain, and you already have the files. We hand over anything you do not have yet. You remove the one line from your domain settings when you are ready, and the page is yours to put anywhere.

What stays ours is our own methods, our written standard, the checks behind the reads and anything we build to run this. You are buying the output, not the machine. The Preselly name and this site stay ours as well.

We keep a record of what wins. Every page we build adds one line to it, and that is how the next brand gets a better page. The line is the market, how we put the page together and whether the page won.

Your name, your words, your figures and your customers are never in it. The next brand can be one that sells what you sell, and we do not make exceptions.

Taking a page from us gives us the right to keep that record and to use it for any brand we build for, now and later. That right does not end when you stop.

One honest edge, because it is where this kind of promise usually breaks. A page we build for you may use something we did not write, such as a typeface or a photograph somebody else licenses. If it does, we tell you what it is and where it came from when we hand the page over. That thing is licensed on its own terms and not by us. Everything we wrote and built is yours outright.

Your domain, and what we do not touch

Your product page stays exactly as it is. What we build is a separate page with its own web address on your own domain. We do not touch the page you have and we do not have a login to it. That is on purpose. We never ask for a login to your store, your domain or your ad account. There is no login on our side, and that is on purpose. The numbers from your test come from you, in your own words, in one mail a month.

You add one line to your own domain settings, once, where your domain is registered. It adds a new web address of your own and changes nothing that is already there. Adding that line is the only setup work on your website. If you would rather your own people put the page up, we send them the files and they host it on your domain instead. We never hold your domain login. We look after the hosting and the security certificate for that address for as long as your pages are up with us.

That is hosting, not watching. Nobody sits watching your page and there is no uptime promise on it.

When your pages come down, remove that line from your domain settings. Do that after the fourteen days above have run out, not the day you stop. A record left pointing at hosting that has been released is a real security problem on your own domain. We cannot remove it for you, because we do not have access to your registrar.

What you tell us has to be true

If you give us a claim, a number, a review, a before and after, or any other piece of proof to use on a page, you are telling us it is accurate and that you are allowed to use it. We write from what you give us. We cannot check your paperwork, your lab results or your contracts, and we do not pretend to.

Whether a claim on a page we build for you is legal in the market you sell into is your responsibility. You know your category, your regulator and your own substantiation. If something you told us turns out not to be true and it lands somebody in trouble, that is yours to carry, not ours. We wrote what you gave us.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a lift. Not a conversion rate, not a revenue figure, not a percentage, not a range. We do not do that arithmetic on your money and we will not imply it. Be careful with anyone who does.

This site and everything free on it are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not promise that this site or a page we host will never be down. There is no monitoring desk, no uptime commitment and no support line, and we are not going to print numbers we cannot stand behind. What there is instead is one person who answers his email, and a page that is a plain file, so there is very little in it to break.

Limit of liability

For anything free, including this site and a free page, our total liability is capped at $100. For paid work, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect losses, meaning lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

The things a lawyer will ask

This page is the whole agreement. If your company needs its own paper, we sign a one page order form that attaches this page. If the two disagree, this page wins. We do not negotiate changes to this page at these prices.

We never name you as a client, and we never show your page, without asking you first in writing. We only ask after a win. You can say no.

If you want a confidentiality agreement, ask. We sign a plain one page mutual one. The one thing it carves out is the record of what wins, described above, which never carries your name.

There is no exclusivity. The next brand we build for can be one that sells what you sell.

If you sell your business, this agreement goes with it to the buyer. If we pass this business to a successor, this agreement goes with it too. Either way, the terms travel unchanged.

Acceptable use

Do not copy or resell this site, or anything we send you, as your own product. Do not scrape it. Do not take it apart to rebuild it. Do not probe it for security holes. Do not submit somebody else’s page as your own. Do not use anything here to break the law.

Privacy

What we hold, why, and for how long is on the privacy page. The short version is that we hold very little. We never hold your card number, your store login or your domain login. Nothing of ours goes in your store and we set no cookie on your site. The page we build carries your own tracking and one small counter of ours. It counts arrivals on that page and clicks from it to your store. It sets no cookie, it stores nothing in a visitor’s browser, and it holds no name, no email and nothing else that says who a person is. The one thing we keep from every page is the record further up this page.

If something goes wrong

Email us first, at bas@preselly.com. There is nobody to escalate past, and most things get fixed the same day. If it cannot be fixed that way, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware.

There is no arbitration here. If you sue us, or we sue you, it happens in a Delaware court in front of a judge. The one exception is small claims. Either of us can take a claim that fits to a small claims court where it belongs, without coming to Delaware for it.

Changes to this page

If we change this page, we change the date at the top. If a change affects something you are already paying for, we email you before it applies to you, and you can stop that month if you do not like it.
